By using our services you comply to the following terms and conditions:
CANCELLATION POLICY
If your event is cancelled or postponed up to 60 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund excluding the administrative fee.
If your event is cancelled or postponed from 59 days up to 31 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee not to exceed $500.00
will be imposed plus the administrative fee.
If your event is cancelled or postponed 30 days or less prior to the event there will be no refund.
Your final count is due 30 days prior to your event. There is no refund after the 30 day period for your number of people.
If your event is booked within 30 days of your event date, there is no refund.
A $500.00 administrative fee will be charged if cancelled or postponed at anytime for any reason.
It is your responsibility to obtain a marriage license prior to your wedding. The inability to obtain a marriage license
for whatever reason, does not constitute a refund.

A Perfect Wedding or Rev. James E. Harden, hereinafter referred to as "A Perfect Wedding" is not responsible for or held liable for the actions, in-actions or closures of any sub-contractors used to facilitate your event. This includes: Event Venue, Photographers, Videographers, Musicians, Disc Jockeys, Florists, Decorators, Independent Officiates, Or any other entities used to facilitate your event. A Perfect Wedding is not responsible for or held liable for any Acts of Nature upon You, Your Guests, Event Venue, Sub-Contractors, Independent Officiates or any Equipment used to facilitate your event. By making a deposit or using our services in any way, you comply to these terms and conditions.
