By using our services you comply to the following terms and conditions:

CANCELLATION POLICY
 

• If your event is cancelled or postponed up to 60 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund excluding the administrative fee.
   

• If your event is cancelled or postponed from 59 days up to 31 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee not to exceed $500.00
  will be imposed plus the administrative fee.
   

• If your event is cancelled or postponed 30 days or less prior to the event there will be no refund.
   

• Your final count is due 30 days prior to your event. There is no refund after the 30 day period for your number of people.
   

• If your event is booked within 30 days of your event date, there is no refund.
   

• A $500.00 administrative fee will be charged if cancelled or postponed at anytime for any reason.
   

• It is your responsibility to obtain a marriage license prior to your wedding. The inability to obtain a marriage license
  for whatever reason, does not constitute a refund.

A Perfect Wedding or Rev. James E. Harden, hereinafter referred to as "A Perfect Wedding" is not responsible for or held liable for the actions, in-actions or closures of any sub-contractors used to facilitate your event. This includes: Event Venue, Photographers, Videographers, Musicians, Disc Jockeys, Florists, Decorators, Independent Officiates, Or any other entities used to facilitate your event. A Perfect Wedding is not responsible for or held liable for any Acts of Nature upon You, Your Guests, Event Venue, Sub-Contractors, Independent Officiates or any Equipment used to facilitate your event. By making a deposit or using our services in any way,  you comply to these terms and conditions.
